Covering all aspects we have a proven record of 95% of orders being completed with in set priorities. We also hold annual servicing contracts for gas and oil fueled systems with a professional and efficient service. Current contracts total 2,000 properties per annum. Our special works department specializes in mechanical and electrical services working with clients to improve SAPS ratings and dealing with the Energy Efficiency Council.
